Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain detailed daily logs, safety reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and perform site walkthroughs to promote a safe work environment.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
Manage site logistics, coordinate workforce deployment, and oversee equipment and material deliveries.
Travel throughout the United States, with project durations averaging approximately six months.
What We’re Looking For:
5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up projects.
Proven leadership skills in managing multiple trades, tight schedules, and diverse teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, safety regulations, and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with construction management software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and adaptable mindset with a flexible approach to nationwide travel.
