Job Summary:
The Triage Care Coordinator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate should have office experience in the medical industry.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
Assist patients and clients via phone, email, text, and fax in a communication center environment.
Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
