TempExperts, LLC is seeking a Wash Rack Specialist & Facilities Maintenance. This role involves washing and cleaning equipment inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Prepare necessary reports and forms.
Wash and clean machines and equipment.
Perform check-out and check-in procedures.
Document equipment condition before and after use.
Assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
Maintain equipment inventory systems.
Ensure wash rack sump and separator tanks comply with environmental standards.
Assist in preparing and packaging shipments; deliver parts and components as needed.
Adhere to all safety policies and company standards.
Participate in training programs.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Report any unsafe tools, equipment, or vehicles to the Service Manager.
Operate equipment as required.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and operation.
Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using special tools.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 2 years of related experience (preferred).
Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Forklift Certification (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and self-manage.
Flexible schedule (including weekends or overtime).
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
Quick learner with the ability to think outside the box.
Bilingual a plus.
