This role involves operating and maintaining equipment that produces concrete pavers and bricks using wet mix processes. If you have experience in bricks/pavers concrete manufacturing and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Operate wet concrete mixing and molding machines for paver and brick production.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
Prepare molds, mix batches, and ensure proper filling and curing processes.
Perform quality checks on finished products to meet specifications.
Maintain clean and safe work area following company and OSHA standards.
Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on machines as needed.
Work closely with production team to meet daily output goals.
